Lomography competitions give you the opportunity to win exciting prizes, scoop vouchers for our Online Shop, and earn everlasting fame in the Lomography Community. It can even be just an excuse to get inspired and show off your best shots! Additionally, all competitions now serve as qualifying rounds to enter our TEN AND ONE Annual Lomography Photo Awards.
What is the Lomography Annual Photography Awards: the TEN AND ONE?
In 2016, we launched the first ever Lomography Annual Photography Awards: the TEN AND ONE — the world’s biggest competition for the experimental photography scene.
Through 10 unchanging categories and one special topic which reflects contemporary global issues, we want to see the world through your own perspectives and understand what each of these topics mean to you.
In the last three years, we received a total of 391,620 stunning photographs from 88 countries and crowned over 300 winners. In addition to this, 22 lucky champions were randomly selected to take part in a special weeklong trip to Vienna where they attended photography lectures, museum tours, and even curate their own photographs in a LomoWall exhibition!

How can I join?
If you have a LomoHome, any picture from it can be uploaded directly from your archive to the competition post. If you don’t have a LomoHome yet, don’t worry — you can register here for free! Alternately, you may also submit your entries by uploading your shot and providing a working email address on the competition post.
What can I win?
We’re preparing a huge mountain of prizes every year! Being the champ of our competitions entitles you to a voucher for our Online Shop, the finest Lomography cameras, special prizes from our partners, and even an artist residency in Vienna, Austria!
How will the winners be selected?
Winning photos of our qualifying competitions are selected by members of our own staff and partners, which will then be collected for the year-end TEN AND ONE Awards. If your photo made it to our final selection, it’ll be judged by an esteemed panel, which includes a selection of trusted Lomographers from the community, LomoAmigos, and experts from the photo industry and press! They will be pouring through every single submission and will collectively select favorites. Final winners will be chosen through an internal discussion between the judges and Lomography staff.
